Tina Yuzuki is one of Japan's most popular celebrities


Tina Yuzuki is a Japanese AV idol who also goes by her stage name Rio. Like her fellow Japanese idols Maria Ozawa, Meisa Hanai and Anna Ohura, Tina is not of full Japanese blood. She is the daughter of a Japanese father and a Portuguese mother. She learned how to speak Portuguese from her mother and she is also fluent in Japanese. Tina was born in Tokyo, Japan on October 29, 1986. She stands at only five feet and one inch tall.

· The director of that movie goes by the name Toshio and has worked with Tina throughout her career up to this point.

In March 2007, Tina and Toshio collaborated once again working on the release High School Uniform and Machine-Gun. She was one of only three other Japanese idols that appeared in the Japanese and Korean production of Korean Classroom. This was broadcast in May 2009 on Korean television. Along with Mihiro and Sora Aoi, Tina went to Korea to promote that series. Later in 2009, Tina Yuzuki appeared in the comedy Kosupure Tantei that is based on the cartoon of the same name.

In 2006, Tina was named the best new actress at the AV Actress Grand Prix Awards.
